Lara balances her time between Christchurch New Zealand, and Sydney Australia, where she runs a hormone clinic to treat PCOS, PMS, endometriosis and many other period related problems.

Lara has recently released her book ‘Period Repair Manual. Natural Treatment for better hormones and better Periods’ and will also be speaking on this topic at the Ancestral Health Society of New Zealand (AHSNZ) Symposium in Queenstown October.

    I really enjoyed this episode. This is something that I am just now starting to research and apply to my own life, so I appreciate all of the valuable information. And I just ordered Lara’s book the day before! How timely!

    Thanks for writing this Jo, it’s been a real help. I’ve suffered for 12 years and in all that time I’ve had no luck with doctors etc.
    This video has inspired me to seek other methods and ways to combat my problems.
