    very interesting podcast. Over exercising and under eating because of too much fat. Please comment on eating more protein instead of upping the carbs. Especially for weightloss? I agree the v high fat model is not good for most due to the undernutrition aspect. Majority of our population are overweight. I think this needs to be the high emphasis for our population
