Claire has overcome a history of disordered eating and sugar addiction, and now embraces a diet of real, whole, tasty food.

    Fascinating podcast and subject matter. I love the idea of sticking a Bristol stool chart in the bathroom, that is inspired. Thank you for a most informative and entertaining episode!
